Drew Webb, Chief Financial Officer

Drew brings extensive experience in the real estate industry including development, construction, capital markets, and portfolio management. His previous experience includes industrial, multi-family, office, medical office, retail, and mixed-use asset classes. Drew oversees all financial aspects of the company, as well as assisting in formulating and implementing new business initiatives and strategic priorities of the Firm. Prior to joining Karis Cold, Drew was the Chief Financial Officer for a Central Florida-based real estate investment manager focused on discretionary funds, real estate development and construction operations, and asset management and property management operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Central Florida.
